MiChi is a English／Japanese singer born in England in 1985. Moved to Kobe, Japan two years old before moving back to England in 1995. Determined to be a singer, she returned to Japan, where she met the producer Tomokazu Matsuzawa. The track "Surrender" was released in a dance compliation towards 2007, released a year later in her first album entirely in English 「MiChi MadNesS」. Tthe album had great to sales knowing that it was a independent release, with such a long chartlife. Now she is officially at Sony Music Japan, debuting with 「PROMiSE」 single.

Review | I was really impressed with this album once I gave it a listen. I'm not too crazy about the cover songs 「London Bridge, Wannabe, We Will Rock You & You Gotta Be」 but the rest of the album has a fun vibe.

Review |「PROMiSE」 is a great first japanese single for MiChi. Very catchy. 「Sk8er Boi」 is an Avril Lavgine cover which I'm not too fond of.
