Seiko Matsuda (松田聖子) Born on March 10, 1962 is a Japanese pop singer-songwriter. Born in Kurume, Fukuoka, she rose to fame in 1980 as a teen idol. She has become the first to have 24 consecutive number #1 hits in Japan.

I used to have (and maybe still have)'Right Combination' on a compilation cassette of solo females.It might have been called 'Girls Girls Girls' - even though she's singing with Donnie,who is very much a man.

Anyway,I don't play cassettes anymore so I'm happy to have stumbled across the song on your fiiine blog.I'd not heard it in years,and it's just lovely.
I've never heard another Seiko song,and had assumed she's only recorded maybe one other single before fading away.I got that wrong.lol
